Weekday Sketchers at NY Public Library January 8th.
Can you do it? Capture the iconic NYPL in your sketchbook? So much detail: the arches, murals, reading rooms, and scissored staircases are just starters. But you're an Urban Sketcher so it will be a snap. Don't want to work indoors, no problem. Weather permitting, go outside to the skating rink and marketplace and capture the essences of the season. OR, get a sketch of Patience and Fortitude all decked out for the Holidays.

NOTE: The group will meet inside the main entrance near the gift shop.
LUNCH: 12:30 PM Meet by the Library's gift shop.
LUNCH: 12:30 PM Meet by the Library's gift shop.
TRANSPORTATION: B, D, F, M, Bryant Park/42nd St Station. 7 to 5th Avenue
Bring a stool and be prepared to work with dry materials inside the building. Bring lunch, or purchase it in the area. Following the lunch break, continue sketching indoors or out.
