Weekday Sketchers Schedule: April/May
It is SPRING!! and (almost) time to plan outdoor sketching again! Below are the dates for the Weekday Sketchers meet ups for the next two months. The first few dates will be indoor events but then we move outdoors again. Please note that there will be two FRIDAY events: one at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden to sketch the cherry blossoms and a special invitation to the NY Botanic Garden for a special event.
Thursday April 5 American Museum of Natural History (optional Unseen Oceans Exhibit)
Tuesday April 10 Metropolitan Museum of Art New Musical Instrument Collection
Thursday April 19 St. Bart's Cathedral plus concert
Friday April 27 Brooklyn Botanic Garden (free admission in the AM)
Friday May 4 New York Botanic Garden
Wednesday May 9 Hudson County Courthouse plus outdoor murals in Little India
Thursday May 17 Hanover Square, Pearl Street & Stone Street
Wednesday May 23 Jefferson Market Library
Thursday May 31 Kathy Ruttenburg Sculpture installation on Broadway
